Project Details
UEI was asked to upgrade 6 passenger cabs at this large apartment complex. The goal was to provide an attractive, durable design meeting the budget requirments. Since these cabs had weight restrictions, we designed a “direct applied” configuration where the materials are adhered directly to the cab shell. This approach removes the need for substrate material dramatically reducing the panel weights. New ceiling, LED lighting and tough LVT flooring compete the overall look.
Materials used: Pionite Cool Autumn Night for the wood grained high pressure laminate and 5WL for the patterned stainless steel. All other finishes are #4 stainless steel.
