The cab requirements on this project were somewhat restrictive simply because the existing finishes were adhered directly to the cab shell; they were not clipped-on panels. We call these applications, “Direct-Applied”.

Direct-Applied projects require that we employ a stile and rail design where the reveals are proud of the finishes effectively capturing them on the wall.

We used a high-end laminate on most of the walls while using the center back wall as an ascent area. Here we used a carved metal.

The ceiling is a stainless steel multi-panel design with reveals that align with the wall stile and rail system. Recessed downlights illuminate the cab. The floor is a simple, yet durable carpet tile.
